A New Chapter at Travis Club
A defining moment has arrived at Travis Club. Over Labor Day weekend, member play officially began on the Beau Welling-designed golf course, welcoming nearly 160 members onto the fairways for the first time. Winding through the hills and along the shores of Lake Travis, the course is no longer a vision of what’s to come. It’s now part of life at Travis Club.
And there is plenty more taking shape. More than 190 homesites have now sold, with nearly 20 residences under construction and more than 40 in design review. The newly released Phase III introduces another remarkable collection of homesites, from those set along the golf course to elevated settings that capture sweeping views across Lake Travis and the surrounding Hill Country.
Elsewhere across the community, the Gatehouse is complete, the Golf House continues to rise alongside the practice grounds, and the first phase of marina docks is underway at the water’s edge. The first completed residences are expected to make their debut later this fall. With each new milestone, the vision for Travis Club is becoming something increasingly tangible.

Progress Update
Phase I infrastructure is complete, and Phase II is nearing completion, with pavement finished and landscapers reintroducing natural vegetation throughout the site. Work on the golf course is also well underway, with construction and finishing efforts ongoing. The course is scheduled to open for member play over Labor Day weekend, a key milestone for Travis Club.

YEAR END PROGRESS
As Travis Club moves from vision to execution, 2025 brought visible progress with construction underway on the golf course, Gatehouse, Golf House, trails, comfort stations, and new dining concepts. The first residences officially broke ground and many more are finishing up the Design Review process. In 2026, members can look forward to the golf course opening, expanded amenities, water activities, and the start of marina construction as the Club enters active operation.

Roman O’Rourke
We’re excited to welcome Roman O’Rourke, PGA, as the new Director of Golf at Travis Club. With over 14 years of experience at premier private clubs including The Estancia Club in Scottsdale and Entrada at Snow Canyon in Utah, Roman brings a deep understanding of what defines an exceptional golf experience.

Golf Course Construction Update
The Gatehouse is officially under construction, with completion expected by 2026, just in time for the much-anticipated grand opening of our golf course. Comfort stations are taking shape, and the Golf House is breaking ground soon. Progress is underway on every hole, and the course is truly coming to life before our eyes.

With over two decades of experience at premier clubs from Park City to Hawaii, and most recently Clear Creek Tahoe, Shawn brings a passion for fresh ingredients, global flavors, and memorable dining experiences that bring people together.
Construction Update 2025
All Roads Lead Home
The Phase 1 Estates infrastructure is now complete, with landscaping well underway. Underground utilities for Phase 1 Villas are nearly finished, and roadway construction will wrap up in the coming months. We’re also excited to share that construction on Phase 2 will begin this summer, marking another major milestone in Travis Club’s growth.
