Golf Course Construction Update

The Gatehouse is officially under construction, with completion expected by mid-2026, just in time for the much-anticipated grand opening of our golf course. Comfort stations are taking shape, and the Golf House is breaking ground soon. Progress is underway on every hole, and the course is truly coming to life before our eyes.

We’re excited to welcome Chef Shawn Benson, who will officially be joining us as our Director of Culinary later this month. With over two decades of experience at premier clubs from Park City to Hawaii, and most recently Clear Creek Tahoe, Shawn brings a passion for fresh ingredients, global flavors, and memorable dining experiences that bring people together.

Construction Update 2025

All Roads Lead Home

The Phase 1 Estates infrastructure is now complete, with landscaping well underway. Underground utilities for Phase 1 Villas are nearly finished, and roadway construction will wrap up in the coming months. We’re also excited to share that construction on Phase 2 will begin this summer, marking another major milestone in Travis Club’s growth.
