YEAR END PROGRESS
As Travis Club moves from vision to execution, 2025 brought visible progress with construction underway on the golf course, Gatehouse, Golf House, trails, comfort stations, and new dining concepts. The first residences officially broke ground and many more are finishing up the Design Review process. In 2026, members can look forward to the golf course opening, expanded amenities, water activities, and the start of marina construction as the Club enters active operation.
Meet the Director of Golf
Roman O’Rourke
We’re excited to welcome Roman O’Rourke, PGA, as the new Director of Golf at Travis Club. With over 14 years of experience at premier private clubs including The Estancia Club in Scottsdale and Entrada at Snow Canyon in Utah, Roman brings a deep understanding of what defines an exceptional golf experience.

Golf Course Construction Update
The Gatehouse is officially under construction, with completion expected by 2026, just in time for the much-anticipated grand opening of our golf course. Comfort stations are taking shape, and the Golf House is breaking ground soon. Progress is underway on every hole, and the course is truly coming to life before our eyes.

Shawn Benson
We’re excited to welcome Chef Shawn Benson, who will officially be joining us as our Director of Culinary later this month. With over two decades of experience at premier clubs from Park City to Hawaii, and most recently Clear Creek Tahoe, Shawn brings a passion for fresh ingredients, global flavors, and memorable dining experiences that bring people together.
Construction Update 2025
All Roads Lead Home
The Phase 1 Estates infrastructure is now complete, with landscaping well underway. Underground utilities for Phase 1 Villas are nearly finished, and roadway construction will wrap up in the coming months. We’re also excited to share that construction on Phase 2 will begin this summer, marking another major milestone in Travis Club’s growth.
